Yet another eclectic reading list
Ode to another year that has passed too quickly
I know you’re curious. So here it is. The Phillip Smith birthday week reading list, episode 2015…
-
Just out last month and available via Safari Books Online is Statistics Done Wrong, The Woefully Complete Guide, by Alex Reinhart
-
Another book that recently hit Safari Online Books that I haven’t had time to crack yet: Building Microservices, designing fine-grained systems.
-
I actually had this book on my list to pick up, and then a friend handed me a copy to borrow a few weeks ago: Trust Me, I’m Lying: Confessions of a Media Manipulator, by Ryan Holiday.
-
Last but not least, a book that’s been on my shelf for almost three months now, Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, by Marshall Rosenberg.
I doubt I’ll get through them all, but I’ll have a hell of a relaxing time trying! :)
See y’all in a week,
Phillip.
